Hasbro Children’s Hospital and it’s new 4-Safety Organization continues to utilize Jim Weicherding’s Creative Talents to help remind kids about their safety. Jim has been providing Hasbro Children’s Hospital with his Award-Winning Coloring Cartoon Formats and Content for eight years featuring his very popular Cartoon Characters, Artwork, Cartoons and Safety Tips on Coloring Materials, Stickers and Refrigerator Magnets. These items are passed out each and every month in the hospital ER, Rooms and Activity Areas so Kids can learn about their safety on many topics and concerns facing them throughout the year. The Coloring Cartoons are also passed out at Safety Events & Functions across the state of Rhode Island and neighboring Massachusetts Communities. His Buckleupallofus Child Passenger Safety Coloring Cartoons, Coloring Posters, Stickers and Refrigerator Magnets are very popular with Kids and Adults at Car Seat Check Ups across the region held during the year at various locations in a lot of Communities. Jim has just completed his third series of Seasonal Kids Safety Coloring Cartoons for Hasbro Children’s Hospital’s new 4-Safety Organization that are passed out to hundreds of little Kids at Safety Events that are Sponsored by Dunkin’ Donuts. Hasbro Children’s Hospital is part of Rhode Island Hospital and the Lifespan Hospital Network. Jim began creating his Coloring Cartoons for Hasbro Children’s Hospital back in 2009 when he introduced his SEASONS OF SAFETY Coloring Program for Kids. He creates monthly Seasonal Safety Coloring Cartoon Calendars that focus on Safety Issues related to that particular month and season that are passed out to Kids in the hospital network along with Stickers and Refrigerator Magnets. They compliment the newer Creative Coloring Cartoons and Safety Content that he creates for the 4-Safety Organization. Jim also travels across the State of Rhode Island, nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut attending Classic Auto Shows, Cruise Nights and Community Events with Police and Fire Departments passing out thousands of Buckleupallofus Safety Coloring Posters. These very popular Coloring Posters are supported by area businesses and companies that support Jim’s ongoing outreach efforts to Prevent Injuries and Save Lives by Sponsoring his handout materials to Kids & Families everywhere from April thru the end of October each year by placing their Business Cards on the backs of each Coloring Poster. Jim has been accomplishing this outreach effort in Communities across New England since 1997. Jim has been at this for twenty years of daily, weekly and monthly Automotive & Community Events. For the first 18 years, Jim paid for everything out of his own pocket, but that has changed recently because so many New England area caring businesses and companies want to help him try and keep kids out of harms way and out of hospitals with his ongoing Safety Coloring Cartoon Formats and Messages. The Kids just love his Cartoon Characters and Coloring Cartoons. Now, they love Jim’s new Buckleupallofus Balloon Attraction that goes along with his Safety Materials. Jim will be appearing with his giant Buckleupallofus Balloon at more than 100 Classic Auto Shows, Cruise Nights, Auto Dealerships, Grade Schools, Libraries, DayCares, Pediatric Doctors Offices, Family Clinics, Restaurants, Diners, Hospitals, Shopping Plazas, Malls, Art & Auto Museums and Community Events throughout the entire year Reminding Kids & Families about Child Passenger & Traffic Safety.
